No, all you need are the keys and the vehicle. If someone were to ship a vehicle they don't own as a means of stealing it they would be committing a crime and the police would likely make short work of the case. We've shipped over 100,000 vehicles and never had an issue with someone using auto transport as a means of stealing a vehicle.
