It depends on the status of your order:
If your order has NOT been assigned (dispatched) for loading, your payment is fully refundable.
If your order HAS been assigned (dispatched) for loading, your payment is refundable, less a $199 service fee or the amount of your partial payment, whichever is less.
You are notified by email as soon as your order is dispatched. At this point, we have already made a reservation for your vehicle. Therefore, due to services rendered, we refund the difference to $199.
